Preppershop.be Return Policy

At Preppershop.be we strive to provide our customers with an excellent shopping experience. Below you will find our returns policy, which is in accordance with Belgian law and guarantees your rights as a consumer.

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian law on distance selling, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, without having to give a reason. This cooling-off period starts the day after receiving your goods.

2. How to request a return?

• Notification: Let us know within 14 days after receiving your order that you want to use your right of withdrawal. This can be done by e-mail to [ info@preppershop.be ] or by filling in our contact form on the website. Please state your order number and the products you want to return.

• Returns: After your notification you have another 14 days to effectively return the products to us. The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

3. Refund conditions

• The products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories (such as manuals, labels, etc.).

• Personalised products or goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (e.g. opened food packaging or products that come into contact with the skin) are excluded from the right of withdrawal as provided for in Belgian law.

• As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered (see point 5).

4. Refund

• After receiving and checking the returned goods, we will refund the purchase amount (including the original shipping costs of the order) within 14 days using the same payment method you used to pay.

• If you only return part of your order, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

5. Defective or incorrectly delivered products

• If a product is defective or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible via [ info@preppershop.be ]. In this case, the return costs are for our account.

• We offer you the choice between a refund, an exchange or a credit note, depending on the situation and your preference.

6. Exceptions

Some products are not covered by the right of withdrawal, such as:

• Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.

• Sealed goods which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.

• Custom made or personalized products.
